So school ended and I kept running a few days a week for exercise. 3 weeks later (today) i started insanity! and i’m gonna keep with brazil butt lift too! Just easing into working out hard again so i’ll do brazil and insanity tomorrow.
Didn’t do very good on my eating this weekend but i’ve bough fruits and vegetables to make yummy healthy food this week. :)
havent weighed myself in about 3 weeks either but i’m pretty sure i haven’t lost any pounds
So. A very little known fact about me this semester.
I own this express belt. Its my favorite, and I used to wear it all the time. Last semester I couldn’t fit into it. This semester I was determined to get into that belt! Every two weeks I took a picture (except once where there was no progress), and marked it! Here it is, and yes. It fits :)

I survived finals without going overboard with my eating and I exercised the minimum 3 days that week.
I’ve been home for 4 days and I only just went on a run today. but I consider packing and unpacking my car by myself pretty good strength training.
Its kinda hard to do a workout video at the moment. The living room has been taken by anyone and everyone watching TV and I dont have a room. So we’ll see what happens between now and when I move to the DC area.

WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE
so I’ve been stuck at this weight loss plateau for a while now and I’ve kinda been taking pics every few weeks. and I honestly didn’t think anything had changed but I think something has! Can anyone else confirm that I’ve lost a little fat???
